Application deadline: Until 1(one) month before your desired date of Experience HANAYOME

Payment period: Please pay 200,000 yen up-front by credit card, within 2(two) weeks after the application.
The day of Experience, we accept your payment of the balance in full by credit card at the place of shooting, Sumiyoshi Taisha. It any additional charges occur through the Experience, shooting day is also due date of the payment.

Price and quantity: Price: 550,000 yen(including tax) for 1(one) plan of shooting.
As above, 200,000 yen is up-front, and the balance in full should be pay on the day of shooting.
Quantity: 1(one) party in 1(one) day, only on weekdays but Wednesdays.
* It might be impossible to accept any application due to our religious observances.

Validity period for application: Until completion of payment within 2(two) weeks after the application.
In case of no payment within 2(two) weeks, the application will be automatically canceled.

The date of contract: The contract is concluded when the advance payment of 200,000 yen is made.

Delivery date of service and products: Customer can experience on the date of reservation.
The photo taken at that time will be delivered later by download. (The delivery date varies depending on the content, so our representative will explain this to you when you leave.)

Change of appointment: It is possible to apply the advance payment of 200,000 yen if you change the appointment date at least 10(ten) days before 17:00 (JST).
If you change it 10(ten) days after 17:01, we will charge 200,000 yen as cancellation fee and you will have to pay other 200,000 yen for the new appointment date.

Cancelation: ＜Cancellation by customer＞
We are noticed by email.
If customer cancel the reservation after the contract has been concluded, we will charge a cancellation fee and the advance payment of 200,000 yen received will be applied to it.
＜Cancellation due to unavoidable reasons such as bad weather＞
In the event of a cancellation at our decision, we will contact you by 12:00 noon the day before your reservation. We don’t charge cancellation fee.
If you decide to cancel, we may charge a cancelation fee.
Due to reason such as transportation failure, you must contact us. If you don’t contact us, we will charge the cancellation fee as an unauthorized cancellation.
Customer is responsible for transport to the meeting point. We can’t refund this in case of cancellation.

Notes regarding expressions and products, etc.: There are individual differences in the expressions and reproducibility shown on this plan, and we do not necessarily guarantee the customer’s image.

Response to accidents, etc.: During Experience HANAYOME, our staff will accompany customers to prevent accidents, etc. Please follow as instructed.
We cannot be held responsible for accidents resulting in personal injury or property damage caused by the customer’s own actions.
Customers are responsible for taking out accident and damage insurance at their own discretion.
