About Our Hanayome Plan

We will provide you with an overview of the process, which includes the steps from your initial inquiry through booking, your visit on the day of the photoshoot, and the conclusion of the session.

From Inquiry to Booking

Inquiry: Please fill in the required information on the inquiry form and submit it. Subsequently, Sumiyoshi Taisha will send a response email.

Confirming the Plan: We will communicate and confirm with customers using the provided email address:
・Accepting inquiries
・Confirming the preferred shooting date and time
・Verifying body measurements
・Confirming hairstyle preferences
・Requesting upper body photos of both individuals
・ Providing information, instructions, and communication regarding the photo shoot at Sumiyoshi Taisha

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: After reviewing the content, we kindly request your approval of the terms and conditions.

Advance Payment: Kindly make an advance payment of 220,000 yen through the designated payment form. It is essential to complete the payment at least 10 days prior to the scheduled shooting date.

Booking confirmation: Once we have confirmed your payment, we will send you a booking confirmation email.

* Please note that if you arrive more than one hour past your scheduled booking time on the day of the photo shoot, it will be automatically canceled.

On the day of the Photo Shoot,
Duration: Approximately 4 hours

Arrival: Please come to the 1st-floor reception area of Sumiyoshi Taisha Kisshoden. Our staff will guide you to the dressing room.

Wedding Attire Selection: Ladies have the option to choose between ‘Iro-Uchikake’ or ‘Shiromuku.’Gentlemen will wear black ‘Haori Hakama’.

Attire Change & Hair and Makeup: Duration：Approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Photo Shoot: Duration：40 minutes to 1 hour.
Our interpreter will accompany you throughout the photo shoot, so please feel free to communicate your preferences.

Remove makeup, undo hair, and change back into your clothes

Pay the remaining balance: Please make the payment for the remaining balance. Please note that we accept payment by credit card only.

Your digital photo data will be delivered to you: Your photo data will be sent to the email address you have provided within one week of the photo shoot date. Looking forward to the arrival of your pictures!
